| Head Coach: Steven Caroll steve.svsc@gmail.com ![]() | | BIO Soccer has been my life from the moment I started playing at age 4 through college, and now as a full-time coach. I’m fortunate to call my passion my profession. After finishing my college playing career, I shifted my focus to coaching with a clear goal: to develop players and teams for long-term success. My philosophy is centered on creating technical players who are brave, creative, and confident on the ball. I challenge players to think deeply about the game, developing their tactical awareness and ability to recognize key moments. Beyond tactics and technique, I aim to instill a lifelong love of the game while emphasizing the lessons soccer teaches off the field —communication, leadership, teamwork, resilience, and perseverance. I’m excited to work with the ODP 2012 Boys’ team this season. This is a talented age group, and I look forward to helping each player improve individually while also building cohesion to become a strong, united team.
